Welcome to Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church!

St. Katherine’s is a relatively young parish. Organized about twenty years ago by a handful of Greek Orthodox parishioners, the Church grew through hard work and visionary leadership that led to the building of a new Sanctuary that opened just three years ago. (Pictures will be posted soon.)

We welcome everyone to worship with us. Naples is a popular vacation destination for families all across America. If you are in town come and join us! You will find worship times and directions on this site. If you live in the area and want to visit, by all means come. You will find a warm and welcoming community.

What do we do at St. Katherine’s? Some people say we are bursting at the   seams ­ especially during “season” when our northern families settle in for our warm Naples winter. But our year round membership is growing and most of them are young families. Our youth groups and Sunday School are flourishing. So are other organizations like Philoptochos and the Men’s club. We started a Welcoming Committee to make sure each one of our guests feel at home. We have a host of fellowship opportunities from a knitting to bridge club. We have a bereavement group to help those who have lost loved ones. Our ministries are growing.

Most important is that St. Katherine’s is a place where you can encounter our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Church exists to worship and serve God. A Church where the Gospel of Christ is preached and heard is a Church where Christ can be encountered.
